Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the VendorSauce Product Information Management (PIM) platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Period

• Initial subscription period begins on the date of account activation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy
• Minimum subscription period: 1 month

2.2 Pricing and Payment

• Fees are based on chosen subscription plan and number of users
• All fees are payable in advance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
• Late payments may result in service suspension

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

• Admin users have full platform access and management rights
• Standard users have limited access based on assigned permissions
• Guest users have view-only access to specified content

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree To:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4.2 You Agree Not To:

• Share account credentials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Exceed storage or bandwidth limitations
